Brought in my 2004 Chevy Blazer with some issues. Ralph went above and beyond to help me. He was very prompt in returning my calls and addressing all my issues. I find it reassuring to do business here as I dont feel taken advantage of and they truly dont fix things unless they are broken.
I'm not sure we know the source of the leak at the time, it could not be verified. But for now, whatever was tighten while checking if loose, seems to have solved the problem. Laura Gambino does a nice job caring for customers. She gets a 10.
Well, although they are very nice, the remote they fixed on the convertible top of my Stingray worked once and doesn't work again. And they are unfamiliar with the electronics of the vehicle, like the Valet mode. Oh well, I'll look on YouTube or contact another dealership.
The staff made it extremely easy for me. I dropped my car off, left for vacation and when I came back everything was fixed. They also made it possible for me to pick up and drop off after service hours. I am glad to know that this dealership will communicate between departments to provide superior customer service!
Ordered a Malibu Hybrid in June 2017 and it arrived just over two months later. When I first drove a Malibu, I fell in love with it. I opted to purchase the Hybrid for the gas/environment savings. What arrived was exactly what I ordered, except it was a 2018 rather than a 2017! The dealer experience was solid and the car was even more than I expected. I am a very happy car owner after a few hundred miles of driving it.
I think the service writers could explain how your car would be taken care of partially in another service center. I did not have that understanding when I was spoke to on the phone. Plus I was quoted one price over the phone (either in error or whatever), and was charged a totally different price. I am a single mother, and every dollar is accounted for, so if the service writer quoted over the phone the price I paid, I would never had agreed to it. It is totally my fault for not going to the dealership and have them show me it in writing. But I have learned a hard lesson on the trust I have in dealership services. I will ask to see everything in writing from now on. That is what I learned.
I have had my car out to Northwest Hills Chevrolet 2 times and the problem has not been resolved. I found the supervisor to be rude to not willing to listen He offered to repair my wheel, but you know what that is not good enough for me, I want a new one. I left my car with no damage and I expect to get it back the same way. I brought my car to them with a vibration when I go around corners, I got a car back that now shakes going down the road and also they damaged my wheel and are blaming that on me for hitting a pot hole or a curb. I live on a dirt road, I have no curbs, I park at my place of employment, we have no curbs in our parking lot. It was not like that when I brought it to them. I would never recommend Northwest for their service. It will also steer me away in 36 months when my lease is up for buying a new car with the. But I would like to say that Laura and Brittany are very good to deal with you.
