I brought my car in for an oil change and to check on a oil burning smell. The oil change was complete within the hour which was great and the oil burning leak was diagnosed. Turns out it is a under warranty part and the service man that parts would need to be ordered. The issue I have is he did not give me an ETA on the parts. So I will have to call back in the next day or two to follow up. I would have preferred if he gave me an ETA and offered to call me when the parts we're available.
