My vehicle (2020 Silverado Midnight Edition) went to Northwest Hills Chevrolet for the first service. When I picked up the truck it had grease hand prints on top of fenders near hood and on passenger front door. After washing the truck, the grease prints still needed to be removed with cloth and cleaner.
