Its not the people that work at the dealership it's that GM is selling trucks with torque converter problems and the dealership stills pushes them and sells them my truck is going in for the 3thrd time and still the same problems and service things the issue is fixed

Had the truck there twice for two problems, drive line vibration and heated seat operation. They could not seem to feel a vibration I have felt pretty regularly so nothing has been done to remedy this problem. As far as the seat heater goes, they changed some type of controller the first time, admittedly it was a little bit better but still not where it should be. The biggest difference is that now the heated steering wheel, (which worked wonderfully before), gets luke warm at best. I can only assume the two are connected as it worked fine before the controller change. This is my first GMC product, to date this has been pretty disappointing to say the least. It’s too bad really, I like the truck but not being able to resolve the problems has spoiled the GMC experience for me.

Salesman was slow to respond to questions and didn't inform me that known vehicle issue could not be fixed until several days after purchase paperwork was signed. Vehicle was not drivable on day of delivery. Also, vehicle was not as clean as expected.

Kevin and his staff are excellent people to deal with, but their service department is what stands out about this dealership. Laura and Ralph always take care of my vehicles promptly and especially when there are warranty issues. They go above and beyond their duties.

There seems to be an attitude that the customer should have all the details of what the service should be about and that only those items mentioned in the appointment set up will be dealt with. Example; my service engine light came on between the schedule time and appointment time. When I mentioned that fact on arrival at the dealership, I was informed that I would have to schedule another appointment to determine what the light was about. I would only receive the service I was scheduled for. Not acceptable and I said so. No one should be required to drive around with a check engine light on, particularly if they are at the dealership. Finally agreed to run a diagnostic along with my scheduled maintenance of course for the standard fee. Everything worked out in the end, but the cavalier attitude of "you can come back when we are not so busy" in not good customer service in my mind.

The requested work was completed in the time frame that the dealership said it would while I waited. And after checking with me about some additional service that was needed due to the mileage on the vehicle, that work was also completed in a reasonable time.
