The dealership is nice the people friendly for the most part, CHEVY on the other hand has lost a customer. A Truck that only has 60000 miles should not need a new engine and then to find out 3 other people with the same truck have the same problem is unacceptable and for Chevy to deny they have a problem and refuse to help the customers is horrible. We were a multiple generation Chevy family hope the short term profits you have made by making an inferior product is enough. You need to acknowledge your wrong doing fire your CEO and pray you can get some semblance of credibility back . I will miss working with this dealer ship as the are very nice and I feel bad that they will lose my business but Chevy made a choice to screw over there base for quick profits and in the process has screwed over a great dealership full of good people.
