Dealer stated fuel injectors were not available to them. They said "GM" was the reason and they had no date as to when they would be available. I called "GM" right after that to find out what the delay was for and get a date. Magically the day after my complaint parts became available and my vehicle was fixed. That was great but the point is I was not told the entire truth by the dealer or GM. I expected a date as to when it would be resolved an it was extremely difficult to get. Trade places and try and use the support systems you have in place. Not user friendly at all. GM also told me last week they would follow up in 48 hrs. That ever happened either. I got the idea from the woman who told me that. I cant help you dont support and do what you say. Fo back and listen to the recorded phone conversation. You cant make this stuff up.
