I brought in my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt to have its battery replaced under warranty, was very keen to park it in the garage again. Once I received the recall notice from GM that my car could have its battery replaced I contacted my selling dealer first who could not yet perform the service. Then I contacted Northwest Hills and another local dealer to see if they could. Mike Judson got back to me the next morning and said he could order the battery for me same day,. Made all the arrangements by email before the other dealer had even responded, they also could not do it yet. The day of drop off was smooth, and I was given a nice loaner car while my car was in service. Pick up was also smooth, and so far everything is perfect with my car. Based on the courteous, helpful advisors, and excellent work on this major recall I will definitely keep NW Hills in mind for our next car and possible future repairs.
