Excellent service

Bought my car here in 2019, and only bring it here for service. Staff is always friendly and great to be assigned a service advisor. Prices are reasonable and the online coupons also help with more discounts.

Enjoyed the process, quick and easy the way I like it love the truck

Phil was amazing. He was very patient and answered all of my questions to help me determine if I wanted a Chevy or GMC. Once we narrowed it down he helped us bring in the exact truck we wanted from another dealership. When the truck needed a piece replaced he worked with Service to get it done ASAP so I could take the truck home quickly. He was excellent I would definitely recommend him to friends!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Sullivan’s. To be honest, we had only planned to just go in and look, without really thinking we were going to buy anything. We dealt with Robert who was excellent with the whole process from start to finish. He was transparent and clear with all of the features, options and prices of what we were looking for in a truck and wasn’t pushy at all like some other dealerships can be. They gave us a great value for our trade in. The dealership as a whole was very patient with us when we’re having an issue on our end with some paperwork for the trade in vehicle. Once that got straightened out, they got us in a couple days later, we quickly got everything finalized with ease got to take home our new ride. Overall, very happy with our purchase and the entire experience we have at Sullivan’s.
