    Was welcomed right away when I arrived by the friendly service rep. Told them I was dropping off earlier then my planned appointment, and they said there was no issue with that. Everything was done that I asked for to be done, and the car was available for pickup when I wanted it.

    My service rep did a great job. She worked with my extended warranty company to get everything paid for, ordered my parts, and had the repair done the next day.

    Brought my truck for a oil change and to have two valve stems replaced because they were leaking I told the tech that one of my tire pressure sensors stopped working he later called and said actually all 4 are not working and need to be replaced when I dropped the truck off there was only one tire on my dashboard that didn’t show the tire pressure and now after I picked it up none of my tires show pressure I looked up the price of valve stems for my truck the oem part is less than $50 per wheel and I was going to be charged $500+ for the valve stems to be replaced sounds like robbery to me

    The service was good, and the price was right. I just don't know why it takes 1.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment at 8 AM, and I was there on time.

    Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC! We agree, it shouldn't take 1.5 hours for the service. We had a tough couple of weeks with flu, strep throat and other Winter season illnesses. We will do our best to make it quicker in the future.

    This was for a "first" service. I found them to be receptive, efficient and professional. A very minor complaint because I fount the four tires to be at three different pressures. Allowances must be made due to cold temperatures.
